The Residency

What students get over four weeks

The work, and what they walk away with.

Each week
  • 2× small-group development. Basketball fundamentals — dribbling, passing, shooting — and steady skill work.
  • 1–2× team practice. Those fundamentals folded into real 3×3 actions, plays and concepts in a team setting.
  • Repeatable habits. Warm-ups, physical preparation and the daily habits professional players actually use.
What they leave with
  • Access to a worldwide community of 3×3 basketball players.
  • Continued basketball education through that online community.
  • A finale tournament — shooting contest and more — that can double as a community event.
  • Optional: a personalized basketball development plan.
  • Optional: continued virtual coaching from Kareem.
